Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst at Brightspeed, you will conduct business, data, requirements, and process analysis within the Financial Systems team, implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

In Short

• Analyze financial and technical data, presenting results logically.
• Conduct data and process analysis, developing requirements for reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and data-related issues.
• Evaluate data from system migrations for quality assurance.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting and processes.
• Support various projects related to financial systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 3+ years in Finance and/or telecommunications.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in process improvement and documentation.
• Experience with data migrations involving business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
