Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum), you will help scope, define, design and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes and will serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Europe Team and Business Stakeholders.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing, and delivering features iteratively.
• Demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner on project scope.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables.
• Facilitate conversations on sizing stories and determining technical details.
• Prioritize user stories in the product backlog.
• Define acceptance criteria for testing.
• Ensure the delivered solution meets stated requirements.
• Guide the team in Agile development methodology.
• Provide coaching for junior resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proficient in user stories, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
