In Short

• Serve as the critical link between business teams and technical developers.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct competitive analysis for product offerings.
• Create documentation and training materials.
• Contribute insights to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
• Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
