Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who will be the right hand to our CTO, managing everything from inbox zero and calendar optimization to travel logistics and personal tasks.

In Short

  • Manage CTO's inbox and communications
  • Coordinate calendar and meetings across time zones
  • Book and manage travel arrangements
  • Handle administrative and personal support tasks
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Proficient in English and Spanish

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Proven remote work experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Expert-level calendar management
  • Comfortable with both professional and personal assistant duties
  • EST/CST time zone overlap
  • Excellent judgment with confidential information
  • Reliable internet and professional home office setup
