Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally from personnel services or another B2B environment.
  • A commercial training with relevant professional experience or a completed degree.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and provide value-adding consulting.
  • Proactive approach and ability to communicate holistic solutions clearly.
  • Affinity for numbers, structured work style, and very good German and English skills.
