Overview

The Billing and Deal Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the Finance/Accounting team at Karbon, ensuring that customer agreements are aligned with company policies and managing billing workflows.

• Review customer agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage subscription and billing workflows in Zuora.
• Resolve billing or invoicing issues with empathy.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Billing Operations or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Zuora preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
