Overview

JumpCloud is looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join their remote engineering team, focusing on identity and device management solutions.

In Short

Remote position at JumpCloud.
Work on modern identity and device management.
Utilize technologies like Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and Docker.
Integrate non-JumpCloud services with user identities.
Develop web services for Active Directory integration.
Collaborate with engineering leadership on project scoping.
10+ years of programming experience required.
Experience with large-scale web applications and SaaS.
Strong team player with a passion for product and customer.
Bonus for knowledge of Go and Node.js.

Requirements

10+ years of industry programming experience in Java, Python, C, or C++.
Willingness to learn Go and Node.js.
Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
Strong database experience, both relational and non-relational.
Comfortable in Linux/OSX/Unix environments.
Ability to work well in an Agile team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
