As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at JumpCloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within the US and LATAM markets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and probing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Track record of achieving lead generation targets.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies preferred.
