HR Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a committed HR Manager who will be responsible for personnel management and actively contribute to the development of the corporate culture for our client, a growth-oriented company.

In Short

• Manage the entire HR lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding and offboarding
• Advise and support managers on personnel-related issues
• Develop and implement employee development and training measures
• Maintain and further develop HR processes and systems
• Contribute to shaping the employer brand and employee motivation
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting and employee development
• Proficient use of HR software and common MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good knowledge of German and English
