Head of Digitalization - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Digitalization for one of our clients, working remotely.

In Short

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive digitalization strategy in coordination with management
• Management and prioritization of digitalization and transformation projects
• Introduction of new technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Cloud, Automation, AI)
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes for efficiency, customer benefit, and scalability
• Leadership and development of the digitalization team while fostering an innovation-oriented corporate culture
• Monitoring market and technology trends and deriving recommendations for action
• Ensuring IT security, data protection, and compliance in all digitalization initiatives
• Reporting relevant KPIs and progress to management

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Digital Business or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing digitalization projects or in a comparable leadership role
• Solid knowledge in process management, IT architectures, and digital technologies
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with implementation strength
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
