Senior G&A Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Our SAAS client is in need of a senior G&A recruiter for a remote, six-month contract role that could be extended or turned into a full-time position.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of successful hires.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and strategies.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in SAAS or technology industry recruiting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
