In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and outbound strategies to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demos that effectively communicate the value of the client's SaaS platform to prospects in the travel/meetings tech industry.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage contract renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS technology sales, preferably within the travel/meetings technology space.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to clearly communicate their value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, go-getter attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, with proficiency in CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary base of 60k - 70k + commission = 100k - 120k OTE.
  • Based on experience.
