This is an opportunity to lead a bold reimagining of enterprise marketing on a global scale. In this role, you’ll architect and execute a transformative strategy to engage the world’s most valuable companies through data-driven, AI-enabled campaigns. You’ll oversee a cross-functional team across ABM, SDRs, field, and executive programs—directly influencing revenue and shaping go-to-market impact. If you're a visionary leader with a passion for precision, scale, and personalization, this role gives you the platform to innovate at speed in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

In Short

  • Define and lead the global enterprise marketing strategy—from account segmentation to pipeline acceleration.
  • Oversee and scale the global SDR function to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and execute multi-tiered ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) in partnership with sales and RevOps.
  • Build high-impact executive engagement programs that earn trust and drive strategic conversations.
  • Leverage AI across content, targeting, buyer journeys, and outreach workflows for greater precision and scale.
  • Track performance through pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, deal velocity, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging is resonant, credible, and tailored by persona and segment.
  • Lead a high-performing team across enterprise marketing functions and cultivate a culture of curiosity, accountability, and action.
  • Act as a strategic partner across marketing, sales, and product teams to drive unified customer experiences.
