• Administer, monitor, and maintain Avaya Aura systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 voice and telephony issues.

• Maintain SIP trunking, IVR flows, and call routing.
• Integrate with CRM and third-party applications.
• Produce accurate technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Experience with Avaya Aura systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in voice and telephony.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking and IVR systems.
• Ability to produce technical documentation.
