Overview

Hyro is seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer to support the integration of customer telephony systems with their conversational AI product, playing a key role in onboarding new customers and providing Tier 2 support.

In Short

Lead integration of telephony systems with AI platform.
Provide technical support for telephony issues.
Collaborate with customer IT and internal teams.
Analyze call flows and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain technical documentation.
Optimize telephony integration processes.

Requirements

Experience in VoIP/SIP technologies.
Hands-on experience with call flows and troubleshooting tools.
Experience with SIP trunks and SBCs.
Understanding of network fundamentals.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure.

Benefits

Scripting or automation skills are a plus.
