Overview

Hyro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its AI Agent Platform for the healthcare sector, focusing on enhancing patient experience through innovative product strategies.

In Short

Lead product strategy and vision for Hyro's AI platform.
Design and enhance the agentic platform for user-friendliness.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in healthcare.
Create product roadmaps and prioritize feature development.
Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and insights.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams on product requirements.
Champion user experience for improved patient engagement.
Monitor product performance and drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or AI.
Understanding of the US healthcare market is a plus.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
Ability to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Exceptional communication skills.
Collaborative team player.
Experience with SaaS, CRM, AI, and Chat applications is advantageous.
