In Short

• Provide support to the user community for telecommunications business needs and services.
• Coordinate, review, and perform all phone moves, adds, and changes.
• Provide application support for AT&T UC Services Global Enterprise Telephony custom app groups.
• Collaborate with vendors to support projects and service requests.
• Provide end-user training remotely.
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, SOPs, data spreadsheets.
• Submit weekly status reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience providing support for telecommunications services.
• Experience with coordinating phone system changes (moves, adds, changes).
• Experience with application support, preferably for AT&T UC Services.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors.
• Experience in providing remote end-user training.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
