• Collaborate with customer telecom and IT teams to deploy customized solutions.
• Build and maintain SIP Trunk connectivity with customers and carriers.
• Provide operational support for the telecom network.
• Work with Ribbon technologies (PCX or SBC).
• Manage telecom service providers and oversee deployments.
• Develop testing plans and technical documentation.
• Understand product capabilities and contribute to improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Ribbon PCX or SBC.
• Solid knowledge of SIP and telecom troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Ribbon PCX or SBC (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of SIP (must).
• Experience in telecom troubleshooting and operations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• WebRTC and TLS knowledge is a plus.
