Overview

This role is designed for an experienced customer success professional who thrives in managing complex enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering advocacy across multiple organizational levels.

  • Proven ability to consult with executives and influence across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for executive audiences.
  • Experience in strategic account planning, risk assessment, and value realization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills for coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure while driving results.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B enterprise environments is preferred.

  • Base salary: $98,000–$140,000 per year; On Target Earnings (OTE) $140,000–$200,000.
