Remote Software Delivery Manager

Overview

This position is for a Remote Software Delivery Manager who will lead the software delivery function within an Agile environment, managing teams of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery or Agile leadership.
• Proven track record managing teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, SAFe are desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
