Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Support & Delivery Manager (32-40 hours) who is ready for a challenge! Do you want to be an important part of the growth of an innovative SaaS company? Then we are looking for you!

In Short

  • Manage and optimize configurations in YAML
  • Test and implement new functionalities for customers
  • Set up demos within Seamly and other platforms
  • Advise on front-end implementations of a chat widget
  • Analyze and resolve support questions
  • Identify improvement opportunities and share them with product development and sales teams
  • Work fully remote with flexibility and responsibility
  • Continuously learn and work with the latest technologies
  • Be the expert on our products and help customers maximize their use
  • Communicate effectively in Dutch and English

Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level with at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Affinity with IT (basic knowledge of YAML and JavaScript is a plus)
  • Experience with web applications and understanding of system integrations
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Customer-oriented
  • Independent and flexible
