The Software Delivery Center (SDC) team at Alten in Lille aims to meet the outsourced development needs of our clients, focusing on web and embedded development.

In Short

• Contribute to responses to calls for tenders.
• Construct technical responses with experts and tech leads.
• Plan, allocate resources, and manage financial aspects.
• Manage operational teams and ensure project execution.
• Be responsible for cost, quality, and deadlines.
• Ensure synchronization with clients.
• Guarantee processes, change management, and deliverables.
• Capitalize on tools, processes, and business areas.
• Lead transformation and change management within your scope.
• Work in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5).
• At least 4 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in high-commitment projects.
• Knowledge of various methodologies (Agile, iterative, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
• Soft skills: rigor, autonomy, proactivity, dynamism.
