Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical support in a fast-paced environment, assisting users across various hardware and software platforms.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to corporate clients through phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10), Office 365 applications, Outlook, and mobile device configuration.
  • Handle a high volume of support requests (50-60 per day) efficiently and accurately.
  • Use Active Directory to manage network password resets and assist with network printer configurations.
  • Support VPN connectivity and resolve remote access problems using remote control tools.
  • Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Promote a customer-focused approach and align with company values during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment.
