In Short

  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage support requests via a ticketing system
  • Follow up on incidents and requests until resolution
  • Collaborate with existing teams to resolve complex incidents
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent level of English (fluent or bilingual) for communication with English-speaking users
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a great sense of hospitality
  • Detail-oriented and committed to following existing procedures
  • Collaborative and motivated to invest in a team environment
