In Short

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to vehicles and software applications.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
  • Educate customers on product features and self-service options.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication.
  • Native proficiency in Italian and proficiency in English (B2 level) required.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability for a fully paid 10-day training program.
  • Flexible work-from-anywhere arrangement within Greece.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
