Senior IT Manager - Remote

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale IT operations across a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will manage a small, high-performing IT team while ensuring seamless support, system reliability, and security across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage IT operations in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with Information Security policy implementation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and lead strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
