Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in remote work environments and cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
