Senior FORUM Installation & Training Manager - Remote

Overview

This position involves overseeing the project management and implementation of FORUM installations and upgrades, collaborating with various teams to meet timelines and customer expectations, and enhancing communication strategies.

Requirements

• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Ability to create a positive virtual work environment.
• Experience in performance management methods.
• Experience in the medical industry, especially ophthalmic.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of networking topologies and operating systems.
• Proficient in organizing and analyzing issues.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a medical setting.
