Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Engineer with deep expertise in malware analysis and threat intelligence. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients operationalize advanced cybersecurity tools and achieve measurable outcomes.

In Short

  • Act as a subject matter expert in malware analysis, threat hunting, and security operations.
  • Deliver hands-on technical workshops and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales teams.
  • Translate complex security challenges into actionable plans.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%, majority remote).
