Overview

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact between the company and prospective customers, driving revenue generation through inbound and outbound campaigns.

In Short

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound campaigns targeting prospective clients in the AMER market.
• Qualify customer needs, handle objections, and position solutions to drive initial meetings with the Enterprise Sales team.
• Manage a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion of prospects into sales leads.
• Develop and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences (phone, email, targeted marketing campaigns) to effectively reach new clients.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies based on regular performance metrics.
