Overview

The Sr. Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive growth, market presence, and consumer engagement. This position involves leading brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of brand management experience, preferably in food or beverage CPG.
• Proficiency in market data analysis using tools such as Circana IRI/Nielsen.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new product innovations.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment and adapt priorities as needed.
