Senior Brand Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Brand Manager will be the steward and champion of the Alliance Animal Health brand. This role owns the strategic vision, positioning, and activation of the brand and ensures it shows up consistently and compellingly across all audiences - veterinarians, hospital teams, prospective partners, candidates, and industry influencers.

• Own and evolve the strategic vision and positioning for the Alliance Animal Health brand.
• Translate brand strategy into annual and multi-year brand roadmaps.
• Serve as the internal “voice of the brand,” ensuring a cohesive presence across all channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Partner with TA to build recruitment marketing strategies.
• Lead employer-brand storytelling for AAH.
• Manage brand-forward events, including the VetTalks series.
• Collaborate with BD leadership to align brand strategy with growth goals.
• Lead integrated brand campaigns to build awareness.
• Define and track brand health and campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of brand management or integrated marketing experience.
• Proven track record of owning brand strategy and leading campaigns.
• Experience with recruitment marketing and business development.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with creative agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
