Overview

The Talent Acquisition Generalist plays a key role in supporting Alliance Animal Health’s growing network by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across both hospital and central support teams.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate data.

• Travel as needed for recruiting events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Prior experience in hospital operations or multi-site recruiting beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Creative thinker with a recruitment mindset.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
