Veterinary Regional Manager - Remote

Overview

The Veterinary Regional Manager will oversee individual practice managers and lead the hospitals across Alliance Animal Health’s network in the Mid-Atlantic area, enhancing performance and implementing initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee and lead practice managers at each hospital.
• Manage operations including staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Build relationships with managing veterinarians.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations on financial strategies.
• Review non-financial reports and drive improvement plans.
• Manage post-acquisition integration for new clinics.
• Expected travel to practices 4 days a week.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• 3+ years of multi-site management experience needed.
• Must live in or relocate to the NC/SC region.

• 3+ years managing multiple locations in veterinary or medical industries.
• Self-starter excited about an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with budget review experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate to NC/SC region.
