Overview

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting HR processes to ensure effective talent acquisition and employee transitions.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings and candidate sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to develop role specifications and recruitment strategies
• Maintain and grow a qualified talent pipeline
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver weekly status reports
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Communicate with HR Manager and department leads on hiring priorities
• Manage recruitment systems and tools

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
