Overview

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Country Operations Team, responsible for talent management and development in the market, shaping organizational culture, and enhancing the effectiveness of our People Department.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for various departments, ensuring a fast and personal candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews independently to find the best talents for our Retail Department.
  • Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Position yourself as a sparring partner with our departments through professional interactions.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and support projects that align with business goals and recruiting trends.

Requirements

  • Passion for human resources and practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English (minimum level C1).
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and responsibility.
  • A structured working style and the talent to inspire people.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
