Junior Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Country Operations Team, responsible for talent management and development in the market, shaping the organizational culture, and enhancing the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group People Department.

In Short

• Responsible for end-to-end recruiting for various departments.
• Conduct interviews to find the best talents for our Retail Department.
• Manage applicant coordination and scheduling.
• Act as a professional partner for our departments.
• Proactively contribute ideas and support projects that align with business goals and recruiting trends.

Requirements

• Passion for HR and practical recruiting experience, ideally in an international company.
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture with a high degree of independence.
• Structured working style and the ability to inspire people.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus but not required.
