Overview

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at SNOCKS, you will be the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring that our team continues to grow with the best talents.

In Short

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to contract signing.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with teams and hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies and innovative ideas.
  • Engage and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
  • Initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and good English (B2).
