Senior AI/ML Data Engineer - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior AI/ML Data Engineer in EMEA. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the foundation of a fast-growing SaaS company’s data and AI capabilities.

In Short

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support AI-driven product features.
• Design and optimize embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experiment with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams for seamless data integration.
• Establish best practices for data quality and reliability in AI workflows.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of Python-based AI services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering and machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Python and relevant AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
