From onboarding new hires to coaching seasoned professionals, you’ll empower sales, engineering, and customer-facing teams to thrive. In Short

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and TAMs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Facilitate live coaching sessions, role-plays, workshops, and 1:1 feedback.
  • Track key performance indicators to improve enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering.
  • Maintain and improve a library of enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales training and enablement.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of successful training delivery.
