This position involves driving the growth of personal lines products and managing a team of State BDMs while building and maintaining robust partnerships in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Create and lead a team of State BDMs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development.
  • Experience leading a team of BDMs is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain a resident P&C license.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
