You will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to source top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and provide HR support across various departments. With a focus on optimizing systems like Deel, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for international teams. In Short

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage talent pipelines across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Deel platform, handling onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and time tracking for international employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR to ensure contract and documentation compliance.
• Support broader HR functions, including onboarding logistics, internal recordkeeping, and compliance with employment laws.
• Liaise with external recruiters and third-party vendors to align hiring goals and maintain recruitment timelines.
• Attend recruitment strategy sessions and virtual industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends.
