Overview

This position involves providing essential administrative support to the integration team, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting executive leaders in their objectives.

In Short

  • Assist with evaluation and tracking of enterprise documents and contracts.
  • Manage records, manuals, databases, and files.
  • Function as a liaison between in-house and outside counsel.
  • Create and manage access for Smartsheets and SharePoint sites.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on information needs.
  • Provide overall administrative support for assigned executives.
  • Analyze and validate data to produce reports.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience with advanced features in Smartsheet.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform accurately under deadlines.
