Remote Project Management Assistant (Property Management)

Overview

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Project Management Assistant to join our growing organization and undertake various tasks related to project management and client account oversight.

In Short

• Assist operations team with case management.
• Monitor new cases daily to ensure they are assigned or in progress.
• Communicate with accounting managers and senior project manager for case resolutions.
• Ensure timely updates and closures of client cases.
• Focus on sensitive client accounts for better management.
• Support Sr. Project Manager with internal project updates.
• Attend meetings on behalf of Sr. Project Manager and take notes.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Run reports using Yardi and AppFolio for bank reconciliations.
• Check in with less active clients weekly.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Task Ray.
• Experience with Yardi and AppFolio is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in email and messaging communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction.
