Program Manager - Telehealth - Remote

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical telehealth program focused on addiction medicine, providing no-cost, evidence-based care to individuals across the state. You will oversee program administration, develop and refine workflows, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a virtual environment.

In Short

• Provide administrative and operational oversight of the telehealth addiction medicine program.
• Develop, implement, and refine program workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule program staff, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and maintain compliance.
• Monitor program metrics, generate reports, and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care and expand program reach.
• Ensure program adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards in a virtual environment.
• Assist in strategic planning and program growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public health, healthcare administration, or allied health services.
• Leadership, supervisory, or program management experience.
• Experience with telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and secure digital communication tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport in a virtual setting.
• High technological proficiency and adaptability to new tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in new program development and telehealth service management is a plus.
