Program Manager, Telecom - Remote

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for managing software development in both 3rd party vendor and internal applications supporting Business Operations and Field Service Organizations. This role will be responsible for business requirements development and traceability, managing development Design, acceptance testing, operational deployment and vendor management. This role will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practice program management practices while executing on critical Tools and technology programs required to achieve business objectives.

In Short

• Document program and project deliverables and utilize best practice methodologies
• Plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple workstreams
• Integrate business policies and processes into planning & accountability for project roadmaps and strategy
• Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements
• Build and manage Program business case and budget (as applicable)
• Manage and utilizing resources across projects including 3rd party vendor partners
• Facilitate and lead program meetings and manage stakeholders’ communication
• Identify program KPIs to assess impact including pass/fail, adoption and usage
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams
• Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring Visa sponsorship.
