• Lead multi-state virtual programming for behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Must reside in and work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Active license in CO with 3 years post-independent practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical virtual care management.
• Proven track record in leadership and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead distributed teams in a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to diversity and cultural competency.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare program leadership preferred.
