Overview

The Program Manager will lead the Intensive Residential Treatment Services and crisis stabilization team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field for unlicensed position.
• Master’s degree and clinical license required for licensed position.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and goal setting.
• Eligibility as a State of Minnesota Board-approved supervisor preferred.
• Experience in human services and mental health preferred.
