Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practice Manager to join our dynamic Provider Operations team. This role will oversee the operations of our network of mental health therapists and coaches, ensuring exceptional care delivery while optimizing internal processes for efficiency, scalability, and excellence.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the mental health therapist and coach network.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new therapists and coaches.
• Provide comprehensive support to providers by addressing inquiries and facilitating scheduling.
• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor provider performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams.
• Engage with therapists and coaches to meet provider demands.
• Work closely with other product line teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the provider network.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in provider operations.
• Proven track record of process optimization.
• Strong understanding of KPIs related to mental health care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
