Overview

The Program Manager will lead the Chicago Ave IRTS program, providing critical mental health support in the Twin Cities Metro Area, ensuring services meet organizational and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human services, or business administration for unlicensed candidates.
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field for licensed candidates.
• One year of leadership experience required.
• Current clinical license as a mental health professional required for licensed candidates.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis for program management.
